Online store regulations

§1. General Provisions

  1. The online store operating under the name Wemaa (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”) is operated by:

  2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, concluding sales agreements, delivery of goods, payments, the rights and obligations of the Customer and the Seller, as well as the rules for handling complaints.
  3. The Store sells industrial washers and specialized equipment.
  4. The Customer is required to read the Terms and Conditions before placing an order. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

§2. Definitions

  1. Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit placing an order.
  2. Consumer – a Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Art. 22¹ of the Civil Code.
  3. Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a person conducting business activity concluding a contract not directly related to their professional activity (Article 7aa of the Consumer Rights Act).
  4. Seller – Wemaa – Marek Wójcik.
  5. Store – an online service enabling the purchase of goods.
  6. Goods – products presented in the Store.
  7. Sales Agreement – a distance contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller.
  8. Order Form – an interactive form available in the Store.
  9. Account – the Customer panel in the Store.

§3. Technical Conditions

  1. To use the Store, you must have:
    • Internet access,
    • Internet browser,
    • Active email address,
    • Cookies enabled.
  2. The store uses the secure SSL protocol.

§4. Ordering Rules

  1. Orders can be placed via the 24/7 Store website.
  2. When placing an order, the customer is obligated to provide accurate information.
  3. An order is placed by:
    • selecting the goods,
    • adding it to the cart,
    • filling out the order form,
    • choosing the payment and shipping method,
    • confirming the order.
  4. After placing the order, the Customer receives an email confirming their order. party.

§5. Prices and Payments

  1. All prices in the Store are given in Polish zloty and are gross prices.
  2. Available payment methods:
    • Transfer Bank,
    • Online payments (if available),
    • Cash on delivery (if available).
  3. A receipt or VAT invoice is issued for each order.
  4. The customer is obligated to pay for the order within 7 days of placing it, unless the cash on delivery option is selected.

§6. Delivery

  1. Delivery is carried out within Poland and the EU (or in accordance with the shipping policy).
  2. Delivery methods:
    • courier,
    • own transport (if available),
    • personal collection at the Seller’s office.
  3. Shipping costs are presented during ordering.

§7. Order Fulfillment

  1. Order fulfillment time depends on product availability.
  2. Standard fulfillment time is from 1 to 21 business days, unless the product description states otherwise.
  3. If the goods are unavailable, the Seller will contact the Customer to determine further steps.

§8. Withdrawal from the contract

(for Consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights)

  1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
  2. The 14-day period is counted from the date of receipt of the goods.
  3. To withdraw from the contract, the customer must submit a declaration of withdrawal to the following email address: wemaa@wemaa.pl.
  4. The customer returns the goods at their own expense.
  5. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the declaration, but not earlier than after receiving the returned goods.
  6. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods:
    • made to order,
    • with properties specified by the Customer,
    • which cannot be returned after being opened for hygienic or technical reasons.

§9. Complaints (warranty)

  1. The Seller is responsible for the conformity of the goods with the contract.
  2. Complaints should be submitted to the following email address: wemaa@wemaa.pl or by phone: +48 24 269 69 05.
  3. The complaint should include:
    • name and surname,
    • contact details,
    • description of the defect,
    • date of discovery of the defect,
    • Customer request.
  4. Complaints are reviewed within 14 days.
  5. Defective goods should be returned to the seller’s address.

§10. Warranty

  1. Some goods may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty or a seller’s warranty.
  2. The warranty terms are specified in the warranty card, if one is issued.

§11. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

  1. The controller of the Customer’s personal data is:
    Wemaa – Marek Wójcik, ul. National Armed Forces 6, 09-400 Płock.
  2. The data is processed for the purpose of:
    • order fulfillment,
    • account management,
    • handling complaints and returns,
    • sending commercial information (after expressing consent) consent).
  3. Detailed data processing principles are specified in the Privacy Policy available on the store’s website.

§12. Customer Account

  1. The Customer may create an Account in the Store.
  2. The Customer is obligated to protect their login information.
  3. The Account may be deleted at any time by contacting the Seller.

§13. Final Provisions

  1. The Regulations are available free of charge on the Store’s website.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to change the Regulations – changes do not affect orders placed before the changes come into effect.
  3. In matters not regulated, the provisions of:
    • of the Code of Civil Code,
    • Consumer Rights Act,
    • Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means,
    • GDPR.
